Race Registration:
Logon to the Registration page to register online. OR Print and fill out the registration form and send it in snail mail. Registration in person coming soon.
Race Day, Sunday September 18, 2011:
The timed run features a flat, fast, certified 5K course around Capitol Park. Awards Ceremony at 10am to the top three men and women in each 10-year division: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, etc., to 70-over. Results will be posted online in 3-4 days. The walk is a family fitness walk with a separate course and is not timed or scored.
Schedule:
7:30am: Onsite Registration begins at the Westside of the Capital (at the Driving Circle)
8:00am: Welcome and announcements
8:30am: 5K Run and Walk begins (NEW THIS YEAR, ONE START TIME)
9:30am: Awards Ceremony Starts at the West Steps of the Capitol

The Sacramento Valley AIDS Run begins in front of the west steps of the State Capitol, 10th and Capitol Mall, Sacramento. Exit I-5 at J Street in Sacramento; drive east to 9th, south to Capitol Mall. Exit Hwy 50 westbound at 10th Street, drive north to Capitol Mall. Exit Hwy 50 eastbound at 16th Street, drive north to L Street, west to 9th Street, south to Capitol Mall. Parking at Capitol Garage at 10th and L Streets or street parking.
